I myself prefer my New Zealand eggs for breakfast.

I think one of the terrible things today is that people have this deathly fear of food:
fear of eggs say, or fear of butter.
Most doctors feel you can have a little bit of everything.

I was eating in a Chinese restaurant downtown.
There was a dish called Mother and Child reunion.
It’s chicken and eggs. I said, I gotta use that one.

*There were so many good egg quotes (who knew) that you get three tonight!

Big Kitty, Olive, Misty These are the pictures that the vet took to keep on file for our cats. They were given a shout out on Facebook today and I loved it. I think the vet captured their personalities quite well.

And guess what? All you have to do is go to the library.

A highlight of going to the library with Porter is when he walks around the circulation desk and into the kids section, where we are greeted with this dragon in various costumes and decoration depending on the week. This guy never fails to get a squeal.
Porter had the foresight to ask that Bear wear a seat belt.
Practicing sitting on the “potty”.
There is a breakfast place in town called Goldy’s. I really like it, and so does the rest of Boise. Porter and I took a chance to have breakfast there this morning because the only time you can walk right in and sit down is in the middle of the week, early in the morning. He’s getting so proficient at using utensils and his manners are good too.

A friend should be one in whose understanding and virtue we can equally confide,
and whose opinion we can value at once for its justness and sincerity.
~Robert Hall
Had coffee with my friend and midwife Holly today. It was both invigorating and soothing to talk with someone who feels the same way about birth as I do. And to know that our husbands are happy to spend the afternoon with our children so we could catch up. So blessed are we.

While I was out Luke and Porter realized that with all of the planes, trains and automobiles we posses, somehow we have no boats. Thankfully they are creative and constructed this awesome ship.
